• Homeowner Candidate Bio Builder

  • Welcome, Future Homeowner!

We’re so excited to welcome you to the Habitat for Humanity program officially. As part of your Habitat Partnership Agreement, this completed questionnaire and a family photo are required before your Welcome to Habitat orientation.

✅ You’ll receive 3 hours of sweat equity credit for completing it—remember to record it on your current sweat equity sheet, and we’ll approve the hours when you turn it in.

    Why This Matters

The information you share will be used to create your official Habitat Family Bio. This bio will be featured on our website and shared with volunteers, donors, and sponsors who are part of your homeownership journey.

Your story helps others understand the impact of their support—and may inspire someone to give, volunteer, or apply themselves. Only share what you’re comfortable with. To review other family bios for reference, please click here.

    A Few Important Notes

📸 Please upload a recent, clear family photo at the end. Keep it appropriate. If you do not have a photo, please talk to the Homeowner Services team.

📝 Take your time, be honest, and share details. We want to get to know you.

📄 Please read and complete the photo/video/media release at the end.

Thank you for being part of the Habitat family!

  • About You and Your Family

Please remember, your story is very important to us. Try to be as detailed as possible.

  • Bicycles

Habitat occasionally receives donated bicycles through community partners for dedication day gifts. While we cannot guarantee bicycle availability, if you have children ages 15 and under in your household, please select the bicycle size that you believe would best fit each child. To help us estimate the most appropriate size, please consider your child's expected height in one year rather than their current height.

  • Feeding Tampa Bay

Habitat partners with Feeding Tampa Bay to help stock your pantry for move-in on Dedication Day. To help ensure any food and pantry items provided are appropriate for your family, please share any food allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or religious food preferences for members of your household.

  • Family Photo

This is worth one (1) sweat equity hour.  Please record this as "Family Photo" on your Sweat Equity sheet.
